Papua New Guinea Organic Coffee

This coffee was sourced from three provinces – Simbu, Eastern Highlands, and Morobe. Around 10% of PNG’s coffee is produced in Simbu, and 330 smallholders are part of the Volcafe PNG network here. In the Eastern Highlands, coffee is sourced from 300 partner producers in the Henganofi sub-region. The Morobe province is an up-and-coming region in PNG with a fast-growing reputation for high quality and volume. Over 500 farmers are part of the network here and primarily produce washed coffees with clean cup quality.

Smooth and delicious

Truly the smoothest roast I've had in a long time. I dislike coffee with any acidity or bitterness and this bean doesn't have a hint of either. Yet it still has a rich and delicious flavor. I'm really happy to have found it and it's my goto morning cup now.

Favorite Coffee!!!

I’ve tried pretty much every coffee offered through Yellow Bike Coffee Roasters. This coffee is so smooth and robust. It is obvious by the taste & after-taste that the coffee beans are treated with a skilled hand from start To finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
